United States Coast Guard Academy ~ Antique

Established in 1876, USCGA is the smallest of the five federal service academies, and the only one not requiring a congressional nomination for entrance.  The Bears compete in NCAA Division III athletics.

Our historic rendering features Hamilton Hall (1932), a Georgian-style red brick building, named for Alexander Hamilton and whose cornerstone was laid by then Treasury Secretary Andrew W. Mellon.  Primarily housing administrative offices, it also includes the Henriques Room, which is now used for special gatherings and ceremonies.

Reminiscent of a fine old English engraving, our Antique scenes offer a most distinctive and professional gift of luxury.  Well suited for display in either home or office, they are a source of pride for both sender and receiver.  The paperweight is bordered in black and has a felt bottom.  Picture, mirror and wood box are all matted with an antique white mat featuring blue and gold trim.   Mirrors and pictures are ready to hang.  Boxes include quality brass fittings.  Proudly made in America.
