All products are made-to-order.  We do not take returns. All sales are final. Please check your personalization for any mistakes before you hit the final confirm.

If we have made a mistake in personalization please notify Humans have been known to make mistakes despite our best attempts otherwise.  We will provide a replacement if we made a mistake. 

If you have other shipping damage to your gift please take pictures and submit them to We will need the original receipt and a picture of the damage plus the back of the item to authenticate our manufacture.

If you did not purchase your gift directly through Eglomise Designs please return the gift to the retailer you purchased from.

Eglomise Designs, Inc. does not retain credit card information from your online order. When shopping at our online store, your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to our financial services provider, Electronic Merchant Systems, 5005 Rockside Road, Independence, Ohio. We are notified of your order and the last 4 digits of your credit card are provided to us for reference only.

Order Time

Many products requires gold paint hand applied.  This requires dry time.  Please allow for at least dry time plus 5 days for shipping.
