Old Fresno Water Tower Fresno California ~ Antique

Built in 1894, the American-Romanesque tower is located in downtown Fresno, stands 109 feet tall, and holds 250,000 gallons of water in its tank.  Designed by Chicago architect George Washington Maher, it was in constant use until 1963.  It now houses a visitors’ center on the first floor.

Suitable to commemorate past or present service to the City of Fresno.
