Established in 1861 and opening in 1865, MIT has produced numerous Nobel Laureates, National Medal of Science recipients, Rhodes Scholars and Astronauts.  The Engineers compete in NCAA Division III athletics.

While the vast majority of Eglomise Art is made by Eglomise artists and copyrighted to Eglomise we sometimes collaborate with a school who wishes to have art in our heirloom gifts to recognize someone special from their community. We are thrilled to offer such opportunities to select schools. MIT is one of these partners and in such cases the artist retains the copyright to their art.
